In Kansas in 1905, Oscar Diggs is a magician and a travel artist in the circus. The circus’s strong player realizes that Oscar has molested and threatened his wife. Oscar survives in a hot air balloon but is sucked into a storm that takes him to the land of Oz. There he is confronted by the innocent witch Theodora, who considers him to be the magician who predicted the demon to become king of Oz by destroying the wicked witch, who killed the last king. The idea of being a rich emperor accepts the role of Oscar. On the way to Emerald City, Theodore falls in love with the Oscars, though she does not accept her feelings. Oscar exposed his deception to Finneley and forced him to keep up the lie that he is a magician.
Ivanora, the elder sister of Emerald City Theodora, told Oscar that the evil witch lives in the Dark Forest and can be killed by destroying his stick. On the way to the forest are the Chinese girl, a living Chinese doll whose village and family were destroyed by the evil witch.
